Role Description
This is a full-time office role for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, understanding customers' needs, and closing sales. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer support, and attending training sessions to enhance skills. The role requires the ability to work independently while meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals.
Requirement:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Sales skills, including lead generation and closing deals
- Ability to attend and apply training sessions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in tele sales or a related field is a plus
- Min qualification 12th is required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers using a prepared list or CRM system.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments tailored to the customer’s needs.

Reach out to leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, referrals, and cold calling.
2. Sales Conversion:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Handle objections effectively and convert potential rejections into successful sales.

Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services based on customer requirements.
3. Customer Interaction:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate, valid, and complete information.

Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the right products or services.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
4. Data Management:

Record all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospects for future sales opportunities.

Keep customer records updated and ensure data confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
5. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align on campaigns, promotions, and lead management.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, concerns, and potential improvements to enhance sales effectiveness.

Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
6. Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date with product offerings, pricing, policies, and promotional campaigns.

Be able to answer detailed questions about product specifications, features, and benefits.

Understand competitive offerings and market trends to position the company’s products effectively.
