Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting travel packages, and closing sales over the phone to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, tours, and services.

Understand customer needs and provide expert travel advice and customized solutions.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

Maintain a strong knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and current promotions.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Record customer information and sales details accurately in CRM systems.

Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role (preferably in travel or hospitality).

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Good knowledge of travel destinations and packages is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
