Key Responsibilities:
Sales Outreach and Communication:

Make outbound calls to prospects based on leads provided or lists generated from various sources.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities where possible.

Deliver compelling product presentations and service explanations over the phone.

Build interest and excitement in the company’s offerings through effective storytelling and persuasive communication.
Customer Engagement and Conversion:
-
Identify customer requirements and tailor pitches accordingly.

Use consultative selling techniques to recommend suitable products or services.

Address customer objections, answer queries, and resolve doubts to ensure high conversion rates.

Follow up on leads through multiple touchpoints (calls, SMS, emails) until closure.
Sales Process and CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of all call interactions, prospects, deals, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Track the status of leads and conversions in real time.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports are submitted to the reporting manager.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with current pricing, features, and promotions.
Target Achievement and Strategy Execution:

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.

Participate in strategic campaign rollouts and calling initiatives launched by the sales or marketing teams.

Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on customer responses and market trends.
Collaboration and Team Participation:

Collaborate with field sales, marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Share customer insights and market intelligence with relevant teams to enhance product offerings or sales strategies.

Attend regular training, workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to a collaborative environment.
