Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales / Telemarketing Executive to join our interior furnishing sales team. The role involves promoting and selling high-quality wallpapers, blinds, curtains, wooden flooring, carpet flooring, vinyl flooring, and photo frames to prospective customers over the phone. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting product options, and closing sales or setting appointments for showroom visits.
This position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interior design products and the ability to create interest and trust with customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to new and existing leads to promote and sell interior furnishing products.

Understand the customer’s preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget to recommend suitable options (e.g., fabric types, flooring materials, or frame sizes).

Use product knowledge to explain features, styles, benefits, and installation options.
2. Inbound Lead Handling:

Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers through phone calls, social media, or online platforms.

Qualify the leads and guide them through the sales funnel, encouraging either a purchase or a visit to the showroom or on-site consultation.
3. Product Presentation:

Describe product features clearly, such as fabric textures, curtain styles, wallpaper durability, flooring finishes, or frame designs.

Offer tailored suggestions based on room type (e.g., living room, office, bedroom) and functional needs (e.g., blackout curtains, waterproof flooring).

Stay updated on trends in interior design and how products can complement décor styles.
4. Appointment Setting & Follow-ups:

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the store, view samples, or receive consultations.

Follow up on previous conversations or inquiries to maintain engagement and close the sale.

Maintain a regular follow-up schedule for pending leads or quotes.
5. CRM & Database Management:

Log all call details, follow-up schedules, and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Maintain up-to-date records of prospects, sales status, and customer feedback.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and lead conversion rates.
6. Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Track conversion rates and suggest process or script improvements for better results.

Collaborate with the field sales or showroom teams to coordinate customer visits and installations.
7. Customer Service:

Resolve customer doubts or objections with confidence and product clarity.

Ensure a positive customer experience by being polite, patient, and solution-oriented.

Handle basic after-sales queries and coordinate with relevant teams for any escalations.
