Job Description
Attend inbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
Explain about the product and resolve queries.
Schedule demos, counseling sessions, or follow-up calls.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and lead conversion.
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and daily reports.
Provide a high level of customer service and build rapport with prospects.
Share regular feedback on call quality, student queries, and objections.
1–3 years of telesales or telecalling experience (preferably in education/training).
Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Tamil.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality..
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus.
