Designation: Telecaller/ Telesales Executive
Eligibility Criteria :
- 10th , 12th Pass or Any Graduate from 2017, 2018 and 2019 Background.
- Preferaably Only Female Candidate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To advice present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- To document all the transactions by completing forms and record logs
- To maintain a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
- To keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs
- To maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- To maintain quality service by following organization standards
- To maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills Required:
- Proficient in English and Tamil
