About the Role

We are a growing real estate company seeking a smart, confident, and presentable female professional to handle tele calling activities. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally

· Conduct outbound calls for property promotions, client follow-ups, and lead generation

· Coordinate with the sales team and support administrative tasks

· Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area

· Handle client appointments, meeting schedules, and basic documentation

Requirements:

· Female candidates preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Hindi & local language)

· Well-groomed, confident, and highly presentable personality

· Quick learner with strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email handling)

· Prior experience in real estate or tele calling will be an added advantage

Note:

Strictly no calls to the Company/Office.
