Handling Financial Transactions:
Processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, as well
as cashing checks and facilitating currency exchanges. /> Account Services:
Assisting customers with account openings, closures, and
providing information on different account types.
Customer Service:
Answering customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and
providing a high level of customer service.
Promoting Bank Products:
Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate
banking products and services.
Cash Management:
Balancing cash drawers, handling and packaging currency, and
maintaining accurate records of transactions.
Compliance and Security:
Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements regarding transactions, KYC (Know Your Customer), and anti-money laundering (AML).
Report suspicious activities or unusual transactions to the branch manager or compliance officer.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and financial records.
