Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Driving Operations:

Operate a tempo or small commercial vehicle for transporting goods between company warehouses, customer locations, vendors, or distribution centers.

Ensure goods are picked up and delivered accurately and on schedule.

Plan efficient routes to minimize fuel consumption and delivery time.
2. Loading and Unloading:
-
Assist with the loading and unloading of goods if required.
-
Ensure packages or materials are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.

Verify the count and condition of items during pickup and delivery.
3. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep:
-
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking oil, coolant, brakes, lights, tire pressure, and cleanliness.

Report any mechanical issues or damage to the fleet supervisor immediately.

Keep the tempo clean, fueled, and ready for daily operations.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of kilometers driven, fuel used, and delivery logs.

Obtain delivery receipts, signatures, and other required documentation from recipients.

Submit all paperwork and reports to the logistics or admin department on time.
5. Compliance & Safety:
-
Follow all traffic rules and drive safely, avoiding any reckless behavior.

Ensure the vehicle is driven within weight limits and not overloaded.

Wear company uniform (if applicable) and maintain professional behavior at all times.
