• Searching Tenders Online and identifying pre-qualification requirements for bid/ Tenders.
• Experience in Tender preparation/formulation.
• Attending Reverse Auctions.
• Processing vendor registration on Govt portals for regular follow-ups in relation to tendering.
• A good understanding of terms and conditions of Tenders, Pre-qualification criteria, and Technical Specification.
• Responsible for tender submission as per the guidelines and ensuring compliances.
• Experience in product uploading, bidding, and pricing on Govt portal
• Responsible for coordinating, preparing, and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering.
• Sales Coordinators are responsible for Filling Offline and Online tenders.
• Identify and search for New Clients through online search and inquiries.
• Responds to any inquiries from the customers.
