Job Description

We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation, proposal writing and communication with suppliers and stakeholders. You should be able to use your effective solutions to process bids and generate reports. You will be responsible for administering and formulating strategies to ensure successful outcomes in tenders and submissions of Plastic Sheet , Geomembrane , Pond liner etc...

Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor tender opportunities in the market.
Prepare and compile tender submission documents in line with client requirements.
Analyze tender specifications and requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather all necessary information for tender submissions.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and follow up with clients post-submission.
Maintain accurate records of bid documents and communications.
Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contract terms.
Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and potential clients.
