Job Description
- Do Tenders of Life Science Instruments, Medical Equipment / Devices, Consumable item (so should have experience in tenders).
- It is important for him/her to know Online Tenders/ e-procurement tenders/ GEM bidding/ E- Tender/ E procurement.
- Make Quotations, Check-List for all type of tenders
- Follow-ups for the tenders and quotations sent to all stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask commercial awareness an analytical and problem - solving
- Filling tender and response of the technical and financial queries
- Preparing the tender documents
- Tender searching of upcoming tender, Preparing the proposals, Review complete inquiry & ensure compliance
- Filling E Tendering and Completing all Paper Work.
Tender Documents Preparation
Sourcing Tenders from Various Government/corporate Websites On a Daily Basis
Reviews Each Call for Tender in Detail/meetings/document Collections
Preparing, Formatting & Creating Documents Required for Online Bid Submission.
