URGENT hiring for Tender Executive for Indore location
Tender information gathering
Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of work, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, and preparing a brief for the top management to consider and approve bidding
Handling GeM, E-procurement and monitoring other online bidding portals
Study and make short notes/brief on the tender eligibility criteria and other specifications.
Arranging and timely submission of all tenders, RFQs, Proposals, Bids and quotations.
Sharp on Rate analysis
Prepare and submit vendor registration and empanelment documents at various organisations.
Search on various ongoing and upcoming projects and prepare a list of projects along with details of the concerned person. Mapping of various organisations / departments / Projects.
