Tender Manager
We have an urgent opening for Tender Manager for our Mumbai office
Job description: The person will be responsible for running the tender department. The work would include finding, identifying, and filling all the tenders.
Below are the Tender Manager’s Responsibilities:-
- Screening of the tenders from the registered sites.
- Must have a good reading ability and should have knowledge of Java settings, Internet settings.
- Getting registration on the new sites for e- tendering.
- Coordination with Government depts etc for vendor registration.
- Preparation of technical and price bids after getting technical details of catalogs from the concerned specialty.
- Preparation of general certificates as asked in the tender.
- Upload the documents online in case of e- submission.
- Fully responsible for the preparation of bids to sealing to final submission of the tenders.
- Filling of the tenders.
- Preparation of MIS of tenders of all specialties to get the fair picture of business involved.
- Dispatches of all the tenders at various locations
- Taking care of the renewals of Class- III certificates required for submission of online tenders.
- Preparation of Company Profile and Offer letters
- The candidate should have good communication skills and should be well in MS office
- Basic Accounts Knowledge will be preferred.
- After getting Tenders, to complete the compliance documents as per the Work Order of the Tender.
- Follow–up with department for work order in case of L1 and follow-up with the department for refund of EMD in case of unsuccessful tenders.
- Preparation of report in excel for tender bided and EMD reconciliation.
- Directly working and reporting to the Managing Directors.
Education: Graduation.
Salary: No constraint for the right candidate
Exp: 5 to 10 years
- Preferably worked in some architectural or Consultancy firm.
- Candidates staying in the western suburbs will be preferred
