We are looking for a proactive Engineer – Tendering & Corporation Work to handle tender processes,
corporation-related approvals, billing, and coordination with government authorities, consultants, and site teamThe candidate will be responsible for managing the process from tender submission to final work execution an.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit tenders, including documentation and follow-ups.
• Handle all PCMC/Corporation-related work, including regular visits and coordination with authorities.
• Obtain approvals for drawings, planning, and related submissions.
• Manage running bills and documentation for bill clearance.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and maintain project records.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Support architectural drawing preparation and planning as required.
Skills & Requirements
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and municipal corporation approval systems.
• Excellent communication & follow-up skills with government authorities.
• Ability to manage documentation and billing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
• Strong organizational & coordination skills.
