The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI University) invites applications for the position of Technical Officer
1. Position: Technical officer
2. Job Profile:
The position seeks candidate(s) with hands-on laboratory and research experience in nanotechnology/or/nanobiotechnology. The candidate will work closely with group members, laboratory technicians, as well as the other research staff at TDNBC, TERI, and Gurugram.
3. Experience: 0 - 2 years
4. Qualification
- Candidate must have a Masters/Ph.D. in areas of Nanotechnology/Materials Science/Physics/Chemistry/Life Sciences with at least 60% marks at the master- level.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments related to nanoscience and biotechnology.
- Must have good organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
I- Willing to work in a collaborative environment with diverse fields of research.
- Goal-oriented and able to perform scientific as well as technical tasks.
5. Skills
- Laboratory experiments in nano- and biotechnology.
- Green and biogenic synthesis of nanomaterials.
- Media preparation and maintenance of cultures.
- Characterization of nanomaterials using advanced techniques.
- Maintenance of laboratory equipment
6. Location: TERI-Gram
7. Salary: Rs. As per the industry norms
