Job Description
- Ensure all Field staff are engaged and report on time for a 7’0’ clock kick off from Hub.
- Put in processes for this to be on auto pilot- carrot & stick policy to be enforced.
- Note absentees and validate reason. Casual staff to be disciplined. Alternate manpower to be cast into Business plan.
- T Shirts are worn by all
- Cart Hygiene and general personal & cleanliness to be checked.
- Perform Day Opening Activities and share data with Management systems
- Quality of display of stock, charge of battery bank, charge of tabs,printer etc etc,
- Ensure Business Model compliance. Stationery Point-MDU-Street Vending
- Revenue Generation & Enhancement Activities within our business models :
- In the assigned geography identify large apartment complexes, engage with association and obtain permissions to set up shop in shop in large apartment complexes.
- Maintain Harmonious relationship with all Apartment owners’ association representatives.
- For MDU which we are servicing identify opportunities for improvement and revenue enhancement.
- Street Vending
- In the assigned channel/vertical identify routes for the smart cart Model and ensure plying of the Smart Cart is conducted efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure Collective Adressal as a concept is practiced and motivate SCO/SCA to make that a permanent business model.
- Ensure Revenue Per Hour is measured and operations conducted on this model.
- Ensure Robust evening plan is identified and commenced.
- Indenting - Plan optimally to ensure required product mix is provided for which accounts for higher gross margins.
- Ensure all KPI’s like sales per day, revenue per day, Number of Bills, Avg SKU’s per Bill & Average KG/Units per bill, waste %,route km covered, KM tracked and discussed with Field teams.
- Minimal wastage/dump.<3%
- Plan back to back arrangements for the dump/wastage and ensure buy backs from identified signed up caterers/hoteliers.
- Sales Planning, Review & Performance Tracking & Management
- Review the field teams on key KPI’s and facilitate improvement.
- Discuss and review with weak performing SCO/SCA and handhold for better output.
- Consumer Satisfaction- Meet customers and understand requirements deeper. Identify areas where we may be going wrong and correct.
- Responsible for developing of process and programs which will ensure Wider penetration & Deeper off take with customer
- Ensure productivity goals of the SCO/SCA are tracked and delivered upon.
