Responsibilities:

nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Build strong distribution network – develop the existing one for maximumprofitability
nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Ensure width amp; depth of distribution in the secondary channel.

- nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; Will manage a direct team of 6 TerritoryExecutives 1 Institutional Manager 9-10 product demonstrators (indirectreporting)

Education / Skills:
nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Bachelor’s degree / PG / MBA with at least 6-8 years of experience
nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Proven track record in leading and motivating a team
nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp; nbsp;Strong inter-personal and communication skills
