Territory Sales Executive
Job Description
Role Objectives Deliver sales objectives by effective management of accounts, focusing on range
distribution, promotion management, relationship building and execution of plans utilizing
the agreed operating resources in a highly matrixed environment.
Key
Responsibilities
• Develop the annual account plans by customer by channel as per guidance received
from area manager
• Understand and establish the TCPL product range in the market
• Work closely with Area Manager on new account activation, executions plans &
customer tie-up’s
• Distributor management- appoint new distributors as well as maintain business
relationship with the existing accounts
• Plan and manage demand & Supply and delivery of products
• Track and report competitor activities in the channel
• Track day to day activities and manage reporting of TSO

& Qualification
• Proven experience in working in institutional sales business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of current industry practices
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Able to handle multiple categories of products in TCPL
• Analytical bent for data conclusions
• Preferably MBA with 4-6 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG
organizations
