Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Overall business in-charge for the Territory, responsible for monthly Sales, Revenue, Colletion & Profit of the territory
2. People Management - Identify competency, train, coach, motivate, plan career for team members & evaluate their competencies.
3. Customer Relationship Management - Coordinate with internal & extertnal stakeholders for service deliveries with defined SLA. Addressing customer concerns & maintain long term relationship.
4. Leads, manages and build strategy at territory level, implement and govern in order to territory Service business.
Key Functional Skills
- Position is intended for individuals experienced in sales and who have demonstrated effective use of selling skills and have constantly achieved/exceeded forecast over a sustained period of timeSales of IBMS Solutions.
- Ideally should have been in Service Delivery of IBMS Solutions. 10 plus years of overall experience in IBMS industry.
- Product Knowledge Building Automation, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Gas suppression System Qualifications: Bachelor Of Engineering (Preferably Electrical or Electronics) Soft Skills
- Willingness to learn, Self-driven, Determined to succeed in tough competitive environment, Ability to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders with conflicting expectations, both internal and external.
