- Test Engineer, required to test product or system to ensure it functions effectively and meets business needs.
- Job responsibilities include: Testing all aspects of the product/system like function/component, performance, regression and service.
- Work with the development team to identify and test cases & ensure version management
- Set-up test environment, design test plans, develop test cases/scenarios and execute them provide feedback on usability and serviceability, trace the result to the quality risk and report it to concerned people
- Requirements: Understand s/w development life cycle as well as business approachAnalytical skills, Decision-making, Attention to detail, Maintain deadlines, Ability to work in a team and individually and under pressure
