Establish SW engineering/technical practices within teams to ensure SW Excellence, Technical agility (Design for testability, test practices, Test strategy and tools) Establish Product Delivery Strategy and Ensure RCAs are done for Critical Issues/instances. Develop strong measures to reduce the recurrence of such Defects/ Issues.

Responsible for the competency development, performance management to ensure high quality deliverables with required productivity levels. Use your Skills to the world: We are looking for B.Tech (Instrumentation; Electronics; Electricals) professionals with 5 to 8 Years of experience Must Have: • At least 3 years of experience in leading a system test team • Strong fundaments in Agile, SDLC software testing, delivery and risk Management • Industrial Automation Domain know-how, especially in Network Communication (Layer 2 and Layer 3), PROFINET Systems • Redundancy Protocols: STP/RSTP, MRP/HRP • Knowledge of Network Management System • experience on Scalance of Switches and Routers configurations, Industrial Networking Protocols (SNMP, TCP IP, Redundancy) • Very good team player • Good written and verbal communication • Results Orientation, Achievement Nice To Have : • Knowledge of SIEMENS products • Knowledge of Industrial communication networks • Software Testing knowledge • Basic knowledge of SCADA/ HMI soft We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
