Key Responsibilities
1. Learning and Development

2. Test Execution Support

Assist in executing functional, performance, reliability, and safety tests on components, systems, or software.

Follow established testing procedures and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
3. Data Collection and Analysis

Record test data accurately during and after test runs.

Help in analyzing results to determine compliance with expected performance criteria.

4. Test Documentation

Prepare and update test logs, daily reports, checklists, and other documentation under supervision.

Assist in writing test cases, test plans, and test reports using templates and formats provided by senior staff.

Maintain organized records of all test documentation for traceability and future reference.
5. Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with design engineers, quality assurance teams, and production staff to resolve testing-related issues.

6. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration

Learn how to maintain, clean, and store testing instruments properly.

Adhere to workplace safety rules and participate in safety training.
