Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Textile Testing Trainee to join our quality control and testing department. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in the textile industry. The selected candidate will receive complete training in various fabric and garment testing procedures, including color fastness, physical testing, chemical analysis, and shrinkage testing.
Note: This position is strictly for local candidates from Jaipur. Applications from outside Jaipur will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and perform color fastness testing on fabrics and garments.

Assist in physical tests such as tensile strength, tear strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability.

Participate in chemical tests to determine fabric composition and performance.

Support in shrinkage testing for woven and knitted fabrics.

Record, maintain, and organize test results in the company’s documentation system.

Ensure all testing procedures follow established quality and industry standards.

Assist senior lab technicians and supervisors in daily operations.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the textile testing lab.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures during testing.
Training Provided
As a fresher, you will receive hands-on training in:

Use of textile testing instruments and machines.

Understanding textile fibers, yarns, fabrics, and garment construction.

Testing methods as per ISO, AATCC, and BIS standards.

Report preparation and quality analysis techniques.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Degree in Textile Technology or related field.

Experience: Fresher candidates are welcome – training will be provided.

Location: Must be a local resident of Jaipur. Only local applicants will be considered.

Basic understanding of fabrics and garments (advantage, not mandatory).
