Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) invites application for the position Research Associate I

No of Post: 02

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

i. Ph.D degree in Immunology /Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Virology branch from University. a relevant or recognized

ii. Ph.D degree in Protein Biochemistry / Biotechnology or any branch of Life Sciences from recognized Univeristy. a recombinant Experience in protein purification, mammalian cell culture and molecular biology (cloning, plasmid and sequence construction, verification) techniques are desirable.

Desirable Qualification 8 Experience:

i. Experience in flow cytometry, qRT-PCR, ELISpot assay, B cell and T cell assays, cell culture techniques, immunoassays ( Okine assa s). Work experience in the field of immunology & handling small animals will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to if experience in working with virus and immunological assays.

ii. Basic knowledge of biochemical and biophysical characterization of recombinant protein is preferential.

Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 47,000/- +HRA

Age Limit: 35 years
