- Handling Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
- Handling Refund and Cancellation of International Air Tickets.
- Should be well-versed on GDS Galileo
- IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would also be an advantage
- Minimum Experience of 0-3 year is required
- Good Communication wrote and verbal
- Should be well-versed in following GDS Galileo
