- Air Ticket issuance / Routing on Amadeus or gallileo
- Handling both Walking clients and corporate bookings
- Must have good GDS Knowledge
- Refunds / Reissuance
- Cordinating with airlines for all booking realted queries / reissuance / refunds
- Group ticketing and series Handling
- Preference to Female staff
