- JOB DESCRIPTION OF AIR TICKETING EXECUTIVE
- POSITION TITLE: TICKETING EXECUTIVE
- DEPARTMENT: AIR TICKETING
- SALARY UP TO: 25000
- LOCATION: Karol Bagh (New Delhi)
- SHIFT TIME: 10 am to 7 pm
- WEEK OFF: Sunday
Responsibilities and Duties:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Dealing with international customers and corporate clients over the phone or email helping them to make the flight.
- Follow up with the existing customers.
- Working knowledge GDS Amadeus and Gallileo.
- Making reservation for flights.
- Building report with the new customers and dealing with the existing customers.
- Responsible for Invoicing - Car/ Air ticket and other travel product.
- Trace the PNRs and invoices and resolve query over e-mails.
- Prepare and maintain multiple reports.
- Charge credit cards for Car/Air ticket and other travel product.
- Ability to work on multiple internal tools.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ?20,000.00 to ?25,000.00 /month

- Education:Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
