Tier Two Support Technician Jobs in Ahmedabad - MBAF Services Pvt. Ltd.
Job Description
- Handling technical support cases and projects with respect to PaperSave customers in different geographical locations
- Primary task to provide technical support to PaperSave customers and maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Responsible for direct customer communication
- Comply with all software development and quality assurance processes and participate in reviews of processes
- Ensure that the support cases and projects get completed within the reasonable timeframe
- Troubleshoot & Perform advanced/expert level triage and escalate to next level as per the process
- Perform reviews for code changes by other developers as directed by the Team Lead or Manager
- Maintains accurate work records using the tools provided
- Independently handle simple to complex difficulty level issues and troubleshoot
- Actively participate in internal team discussions.
- Ensure case escalation procedure is strictly followed and necessary information exists in case details
- Adhere to laid departmental / organizational processes & procedures to the core
- Record every detail related to Case/Project in CRM with all necessary fields
