Position: Time Brand Manager

As a Time Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing time-sensitive brand campaigns and seasonal launches that align with SpecsRay’s strategic marketing calendar. You’ll take charge of brand storytelling, campaign scheduling, digital brand consistency, and growth-focused marketing strategies that strengthen SpecsRay’s position as a trend-setting eyewear brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Timed Campaigns

Develop and manage the annual brand calendar, syncing key seasonal and festive campaigns.

Align campaigns with market trends and timely product launches (Diwali, summer collections, back-to-school, etc.).
Digital & Offline Brand Marketing

Plan and execute omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility across digital platforms, in-store promotions, and outdoor media.

Collaborate with design, PR, and performance marketing teams to create cohesive, on-brand assets.
SEO & Content Coordination

Work closely with the SEO and content teams to ensure time-sensitive campaigns are indexed and optimized for search engines (titles, meta, landing pages, hashtags).

Ensure messaging consistency across product pages, blogs, social media, Google My Business, and email marketing.
Brand Consistency & Growth

Maintain brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all timelines.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve timing strategies and user engagement.
Competitive Analysis & Market Positioning

Track competitor campaigns, seasonal trends, and user behavior to adjust campaign timings and improve brand visibility.

Position SpecsRay as the top-of-mind brand during high-potential buying seasons.

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or equivalent.

3–7 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign planning, or digital brand strategy.

Proven success in managing seasonal or timed campaigns for consumer brands (fashion, retail, lifestyle, or eyewear preferred).

Strong SEO understanding, content coordination skills, and social media fluency.

Creative, analytical, and deadline-driven with excellent project management skills.
