Job Description

A timekeeper Role is responsible for keeping track of leave time such as, personal, sick Leaves, for labour.
Time Keeper should follow parties inward/outward register
Approve an labour’s timecard at the end of each pay period
View and labour personal & sick leave, and compensation time balances and total hours worked.
Are responsible for monitoring all departmental time entry records.
Review each timecard for accuracy of the wages calculations
Act as a liaison between the departmental staff and the Payroll office/Personnel department.
Check out pass and in pass correctly if any mismatch found then intimate this to or concern individual
If you come to know anyone got injured during their work hour’s kindly do First – Aid with the facilities of medicines which we are having in time office. If necessary inform to office to do further actions.
Always do keep tracking with the register about in time and out time of the factory vehicles with the kilometers, if not/any discrepancies identified by you then action should take on it.
Raise a query if any labour take leaves without any prior permissions immediately and get leave letter/Earned Leave Letter with master’s signature/supervisor’s signature, if not next day when the labour resume his job allow him with submission of his leave letter. If not do not allow him/her & ask him to meet Admin Manager/Personnel Department.
