Job Title: Summer Internship
Job description: CLIx Summer Internship for college and university students in the States of Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram. Students in their final or prefinal year of undergraduate studies or post-graduate studies in Science, Mathematics, English, Engineering/Computer Science and Education are eligible to apply. Doctoral and M.Phil. Students may also apply.
Number of internships for 2016: 5
Scope: Interns will be expected to work closely with CLIx domain teams. And will be involved with some or all of the following: 1. Developing curriculum and assessment in the domain areas 2. Pilot modules on the field 3. Review resources that could benefit or affect the initiative as a whole. Must have knowledge of the state language and also proficiency in English and good communication skills. He / She should be able to work with ease with students and teachers, be willing to travel to field sites. Some background in research and/or curriculum development is desirable. Interns should have their own computer/laptop
Duration: The internship would be for 2-4 months (at least 60 working days).The selected interns are expected to avail the internship between May and July 2016.
Internship award includes:
a. Stay at TISS Mumbai organised by CLIx.
b. One return airfare to Mumbai (economy) and local transportation.
c. Daily allowances for board.
(Field travel and stay would be covered).
