Applications are invited for a full-time Technician within our Tissue Culture facilities. The post is available immediately.
Duties will include growing and routine testing of cells, ordering of consumables, helping to maintain cleanliness and generally ensuring the smooth running of the facilities. Candidates should have BSc/MSc in biotechnology. Knowledge of tissue culture procedures would be an advantage.
Essential Requirements:
• Tissue culture experience would be advantageous and knowledge of aseptic technique
• Computer knowledge required for maintenance of cell line databases/spreadsheets and ordering online
