Education - Min SSC passed
Years of experience - Min 1 year (Fresher will also be considered)
Job Description - Collecting Toll Fees from the Commuter passing through the toll plaza. Always be alert and prompt in actions. Basic Mathematical Calculation and Computer Knowledge. Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Stay and Food will manage by Company.

Toll Fee Collection
- Collect toll fees from drivers in cash, card, or electronic payments.
- Issue receipts and return change accurately.
- Ensure all vehicles are charged correctly according to toll rates.
Customer Service & Assistance
- Provide information to drivers regarding toll rates, directions, or alternative routes.
- Address any concerns or disputes politely and professionally.
- Assist drivers with payment issues or toll pass inquiries.
Transaction & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of toll transactions and revenue collected.
- Reconcile cash and electronic payments at the end of each shift.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Traffic Management & Safety
- Ensure smooth vehicle movement at the toll booth to avoid congestion.
- Report any accidents, violations, or suspicious activities to authorities.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized toll booth area.
Equipment Handling & Maintenance
- Operate automated toll collection systems and scanners efficiently.
- Check and report any malfunctions in toll booth equipment.
- Ensure secure handling of cash and electronic devices.
