Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Tool room assembly, process and designing.

Plastic mould making.

Drilling, grinding machining operation.

New mould assembly and mould maintenance.

In processing, measuring and checking mould parts.

Plugging, tapping, reaming and checking water cooling of the mould.

Knowledge of Shift Planning, Manpower Handling know how to troubleshoot.

Fixture and mould trouble shooting

Timely review plan for skill up gradation team members.

Good communication & presentation skill

Knowledge about injection moulding trouble shooting

Individual work on Mould/ fixture maintenance

Planning of In house New Tool & Fixture Development Work.

Fill up All tool room related documents

Knowledge about the spare management

Review & Reduce inventory Cost.

Measuring Instruments Calibration Plan.
