- Maintenance and troubleshooting of press tools & stamping dies
- Work on progressive tools and tool modifications
- Analyze tooling issues, defects, and rejection reduction
- Perform engineering drawing corrections and tool modifications
- Maintain tool history cards and documentation
- Handle raw materials used in press tools
- Ensure proper usage of material handling & safety equipment
- Support continuous improvement in tool performance and life
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in press tool maintenance
- Strong knowledge of progressive tools and stamping processes
- Ability to analyze tool failures and implement corrective actions
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and tool design changes
- Awareness of shop floor safety practices
