Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
2. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
3. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
4. Identify, record and document thoroughly and track bugs
5. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved by the development team
6. Work closely with the product & development team and participate in the entire
7. software development process
8. Take end to end responsibilities of STLC (software test life cycle)
9. Work on maintaining timelines and guidelines of the project
10. Perform detailed analysis of the products and modules to determine the coverage required
11. Proactively and effectively communicate at all levels, internally and externally
12. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure consistent project execution
13. Determine the root cause of defects

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements
1. Basic knowledge about XML, REST, SOAP
2. Good communication skills and a positive attitude
3. Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
4. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
5. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
