Trainee – Refunds Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore

Responsibilities:

 Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

 1-2 years of experience in a call center, retail operations, or banking environment

 Hands-on experience with POS systems or register operations is highly desirable

 Review approved ORC cases in the POS Queue and process refunds using the POS register

 Validate case details, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal policies

 Return invalid or incomplete ORC cases to the Risk Support Teams for follow-up

 Maintain high accuracy in transaction processing with a minimal error rate

 Meet productivity benchmarks, including target ORC cases processed per hour and strict adherence to

attendance standards

 Contribute to timely resolution of refunds and proactive escalation of incorrect ORCs

Key Qualifications:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

 Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately

 Proven reliability and consistent attendance

 Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

 Computer literate with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems and tools
