We are currently hiring freshers for Non-voice process in KPO.
Designation : Trainee - Analyst / CSR

Qualification & Experience:

Any Graduate/Diploma from (2016/2017/2018) can apply for this post.
Only Male Candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.
Should be ready to work in rotational shifts for a 24 /7 operations
0 to 1 years of Operation experience in the service industries (KPO / BPO)

Job Description:

Should be good at Internet Research Knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Word)
Should have Sports savvy and knowledgeable in sports like Soccer, Handball, Volleyball, Tennis and Ice Hockey.
Should take responsibility for quality and productivity.
Should be well organized, process-oriented, having follow-up skills, logical and analytical thought process
Proactive verbal and written communicator skills, including good, active listening skills.
Should be a good team player
