Stipend: ₹18,500 per month

About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Customer Support team for FNP. The role involves handling customer queries via inbound calls, emails, and chat, while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell FNP’s products and services. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, product details, etc.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable product recommendations for cross-selling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and daily productivity targets.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat platforms.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers are welcome; experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus.
Must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon location.
