Department : RCM - Medical Billing
Location : Bengaluru
Must Have Skills : Communication Skills, Analytical skill, Interpersonal Skills
Direct Walkin : 22nd April 2024 11 am Onwards Till 25th April 2024

Eligibility:
· Educational Qualification: Diploma / Graduates (Any Stream) (or) +2 PUC with BPO Experience.
· Experience: Fresher’s
· Good in Communication & logical reasoning.
· Works with a relatively high level of supervision on simple and moderate tasks.
· Should be a team player and collaborate in solving issues.
· Willingness to work in night shift.

Responsibilities:

Review AR claims, understand the denial reason, call the payers if required, resolve the issue and take the claim to closure

Analyse the accounts allocated in AR Tool and to take appropriate actions

Research and interpret from the available data in billing software, EOB, MR, authorization and understand the reasons for denial/underpayment/no response

Check claim status through third party web portals, Insurance websites, IVR or by calling the payer

Record after-call actions and perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up

Take corrective actions covering resubmission of claims, transferring to correct payer

Measured based on the payments collected due to AR efforts of the individual
