Job Description
- This role is responsible for requirement gathering, process analysis and user training for retail merchandise planning software implementation projects.
- As a Trainee Business Analyst – Functional role, the candidate will work closely with the Customer and Simbus Functional & Technical Teams to build and implement Retail Planning Solutions on our partner products – Board and O9 planning / analytics platforms.
- Inquisitiveness to learn and gather hands-on expertise on Retail Planning Processes such as Financial Planning, Merchandise Planning, OTB Management, Mark Down Planning, Space Planning, Replenishment Management and Analytics for Fashion Brands and Retailers.
- Strong Mathematical, Planning, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to work independently and Multi-Task.
- Must be open for change and ambiguity and to work in a dynamic, fast growing company.
- Hands-on experience via Graduation/ Intern Projects on working with any Retail Planning Solution for Fashion Brands and Retailers is an added advantage.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel.Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
- A degree in fashion technology / engineering with a min CGPA of 7.5 or 75% with no repeats in any subject.
- Min Scores of 75% in 10th and 12th Standard.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from NIFT and have done internships with Retail companies
