Roles and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate or assist in the coordination of all events and activities of our company
- Do all the paperwork for the municipality / corporation submissions.
- Submit all documents on behalf of the owner.
- Effective communication with government authorities.
- Manage all phone calls.
- Draft letter, Application or forms as applicable.
- Other works as directed by the Manager.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Pathanamthitta or Chengannur.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Oral and Written).
- Excellent computer skills and internet usage.
- Quick learner with a desire to grow and work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Good phone mannerism with enthusiastic attitude.
- Should be willing to travel.
