Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Trainee Content Analyst for CO Benchmark & Indices Ops IC & Rebalancing Production (Indices Ops). Trainee Content Analyst is responsible for the maintenance of database administration and sourcing of the Financial Markets exchange. The process involves the maintenance of Index Constituents and Weightings content in Real-time and End-of-day systems. It also includes customer query management. Trainee Content Analyst is Responsible for ensuring that relevant data is maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner. It is mandatory to work in night shifts as per business requirement

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries, including direct contact with customers.
- Good knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets...
- Support assigned deliverables ensuring quality, consistency, and accuracy of output and meeting all SLAs
- Supports specific projects, as assigned by the manager.
- Adhere to change control procedures, Content Operations standards, and current data policies and procedures.
- Deliver high productivity and quality data.
- Ensure adherence to identified training, attendance, productivity trackers, leave scheduling, timesheets, etc
- Proactively identify and resolve data problems
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Strong Financial Market Knowledge.
- Analytical bent of mind & attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic understanding of reporting & data presentation
- Comfortable with ambiguity, have the flexibility to thrive in a fluid environment
- Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in finance
