We invite candidates from Electronics and Communications, Computer Science and Engineering, IT, Mechanical streams for our 4-6 month Internship cum Training Program.
Pass outs from 2022, 2023, and 2024 from AICTE Approved Engineering colleges are open to apply. Stipend will be provided to deserving candidates.
What do we offer?
Please note that after the initial months of training, the students would be provided with an opportunity to work on real projects. If a student proves good potential and is able to contribute to project’s progress and completion, Kriyaanvan would also be offering them a stipend ranging between INR 5,000/- to INR 15,000/- per month (Decided on case-to-case basis).

Kriyaanvan Foundation was incorporated in September 2020 under Section 8 as a Private Un-listed Non-Government Organization focusing on Education.
In brief Kriyaanvan foundation is aimed at providing placement assistance to deserving engineering graduates from various streams who wouldn't have had the opportunity to get placed as part of their academic campus recruitment process. We understand the fact that, due to several challenges, there would be a high number of students who would end up in a struggling phase to get the right job opportunities. All they need is a little extra training / skilling and coaching to grab the nuances of the job market and its expectation to crack the interviews.

How do we survive?
For the sustainment of our NGO and to be able to continue and help more and more students we expect that students once placed, depending on their financial status pay an agreed amount from their first couple of months' salary (Decided on case-to-case basis). Such payment is completely based on a successful placement until which no amount of any sort would be charged from the students.
