Kickstart Your Career as a Trainee Engineer – PEB (CAD Drafting)
About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry. As a Trainee Engineer, you’ll get hands-on experience in preparing structural and fabrication drawings using CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent). Don’t worry if you’re just starting out—you’ll be guided by experienced engineers and detailers every step of the way.
What you’ll do:
· Learn to prepare shop drawings, erection drawings, and general arrangement drawings using CAD tools.
· Work alongside senior engineers to understand project requirements and industry standards.
· Assist in preparing simple Bill of Materials (BOM) for structural components.
· Ensure accuracy in drawings and gradually build up to handling tasks independently.
· Continuously develop your CAD skills and get exposure to real PEB projects.
What we’re looking for:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
· Basic knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD or equivalent) with willingness to learn advanced tools.
· Interest in structural engineering concepts and PEB detailing.
· Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
· Familiarity with Excel for simple data work (nice to have, not mandatory).
