Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh engineering graduates for the position of Trainee Engineer, specializing in Hardware and Software Development. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to launch their careers in cutting-edge product development, embedded systems, software programming, and electronic circuit design.
As a Trainee Engineer, you will undergo structured training and hands-on project work to build foundational skills in product lifecycle development. You will be involved in real-time design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software components across diverse domains such as IoT, embedded systems, automation, and application development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training and Skill Development:

Participate in structured onboarding and training sessions on tools, technologies, safety practices, and domain knowledge.

Learn the fundamentals of embedded systems, circuit design, PCB development, and software development cycles.

Gain practical experience through live project assignments and mentoring from senior engineers.
2. Software Development Support:

Assist in writing and testing code for various software modules under the guidance of senior developers.

Contribute to application development using programming languages like C, C++, Python, Java, or embedded C.

Participate in debugging and troubleshooting issues in software during development and testing phases.

Use tools such as Git, JIRA, and version control systems to manage codebases and issue tracking.
3. Hardware Development Support:

Support the design and testing of electronic circuits and embedded systems.

Work on PCB layout design using EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD).

Assist in integrating sensors, microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, Arduino, PIC), and communication modules (Wi-Fi, BLE, ZigBee).

Conduct prototype testing, measurement, and hardware-level debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain technical documents such as design specifications, user manuals, test cases, and reports.

Document code, version updates, and configuration changes thoroughly and consistently.

Report progress, issues, and feedback to project leads and team members.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with hardware, firmware, and software development teams to ensure seamless integration of components.

Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing discussions.

Collaborate with QA/testing teams to validate product quality and functionality.
