Job Description

We are looking for the candidates who are having good knowledge on environmental monitoring

Attention to Detail – Critical for aseptic and microbial testing work.

Problem Solving – Troubleshooting contamination issues or test failures.

Communication Skills – Writing clear reports and SOPs, presenting findings.

Team Collaboration – Working with production, quality assurance, and regulatory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Environmental Sampling and Monitoring:

Assist in conducting routine environmental monitoring activities in designated areas such as cleanrooms, manufacturing zones, labs, or outdoor facilities.
Collect air, water, surface, and other environmental samples using standardized procedures and equipment.
Participate in monitoring environmental parameters such as particulate count, microbial load, temperature, humidity, and noise levels.
Operate basic instruments like air samplers, settle plates, anemometers, temperature-humidity monitors, and lux meters under guidance.

2. Sample Handling and Preparation:

Label and record collected samples accurately to ensure traceability.
Ensure proper transportation of samples to laboratories without contamination or deviation.
Assist in sample preparation for analysis under sterile or controlled conditions.

3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all monitoring activities in logbooks or electronic systems.
Assist in data entry and preparation of environmental monitoring reports and trend charts.
Support the team in ensuring documentation complies with regulatory and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) requirements.

4. Compliance and SOP Adherence:

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols during sampling and monitoring.
Help identify non-conformances and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal audits and inspections by providing relevant data and documentation.

5. Equipment Maintenance:

Clean, calibrate, and maintain monitoring tools and instruments as per schedules.
Report equipment malfunctions or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
Ensure monitoring devices are stored and handled safely.

6. Learning and Development:

Attend training sessions on environmental monitoring techniques, lab safety, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
Shadow experienced team members to understand standard practices and industry regulations.
Gain exposure to environmental risk assessments, pollution control strategies, and sustainability initiatives (as applicable).
