Job Description
- A crucial role in client services as the link between the Client and our back-end operations, Sales, Finance, and Relationship teams.
- Understand our products & offerings to facilitate the client needs.
- Help/clarify Client queries through phone/email/chat.
- Demonstrate the products/offerings through webinar/phone.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Create/update Client profile; affect payment information on our portal.
- Help Clients with password reset, login errors, email ID change, slab change and other product related support.
- Send/re-send ticket, invoice, report, statement to external or internal customers.
- Understand the issues, register with the team concerned, follow up till resolution.
- Exemplary Communication with a drive for results.
- Attitude of service and continue calm under pressure.
- Extrovert (participated in debate/quiz etc preferred.)
- Loves talking/explaining/resolve challenges.
- Aptitude to solve problem.
- Quick learner.
- Willing to work in shifts including night.
