Job Title: Trainee - Foaming Department - Freshers
Location: Springwel Mattresses Pvt Ltd Bhiwadi, Distt. Alwar, Rajasthan

JD:
Engaged in comprehensive preparation and operation of foaming machinery, including in-depth understanding of process parameters, mechanical systems, and control interfaces. Performed routine maintenance and ensured operational cleanliness to optimize equipment performance. Assisted in process troubleshooting and supported team members throughout the foaming cycle to maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Training:

Participate in structured training programs designed by the production or HR department.

Learn the basics of the foaming process, raw materials handling, and machinery operations.

Understand the different types of foams produced and their applications (e.g., PU foam, memory foam, rigid foam).
2. Machine Operation Support:
-
Assist machine operators and technicians in setting up and operating foaming equipment.

Observe and understand machine control settings, calibration, and start-up procedures.
-
Help with feeding raw materials like polyol, isocyanate, and additives into mixing units.
3. Quality Monitoring:
-
Learn to identify defects in foam blocks, sheets, or molded parts (e.g., bubbles, voids, color variations).

Assist in conducting basic quality checks under supervision (e.g., density, hardness, dimensions).

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and consistency.
4. Workplace Safety and Cleanliness:

Follow safety guidelines including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like gloves, goggles, masks, etc.

Maintain cleanliness in the production area by cleaning spills, removing waste, and organizing tools and materials.

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
5. Documentation and Reporting:

Support in maintaining production logs, material usage records, and shift reports.

Accurately report any production delays or issues encountered during the shift.

Learn basic inventory handling and raw material tracking.
6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with fellow trainees, machine operators, quality controllers, and maintenance staff.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to discuss productivity and improvement.

Receive and act on feedback from supervisors to improve skills and job performance.
